With nearly a decade of experience spanning scientific research and operational leadership, Karthika drives scientific operations at Praesidia with a focus on strategic planning, seamless execution, and cross-functional collaboration. She brings a versatile background in both small and large molecule programs, having worked across commercial and R&D teams.

Before joining Praesidia, Karthika contributed to the commercial team at Syngene International and held scientific roles at Invictus Oncology and Zumutor Biologics, where she honed her ability to align scientific goals with operational efficiency.

Karthika is an avid adventure enthusiast—a certified SCUBA diver and a para jumper, always ready for the next challenge both in and out of the lab.
