Pasha Sarraf, MD, PhD

Executive Chair

Dr. Pasha Sarraf is a physician-scientist and biotech leader with a career spanning strategy, investment, and drug discovery.

After earning his M.D. and Ph.D. from Harvard Medical School and completing clinical training at MGH and NIH, he spent a decade at McKinsey & Company as a Partner in the life sciences practice. He later joined Leerink Partners as Managing Director and Senior Analyst, covering companies in internal medicine. At Flagship Pioneering, he led a team that uncovered novel genetic circuits in Parkinson’s Disease, launching a discovery program later licensed by GSK. As CEO of Matterhorn Biosciences, he built and scaled a team advancing TCR-based therapies. He currently leads Celosia and serves on the boards of Cue Biopharma, PolarityBio, and Praesidia, where he is also Chairman.

Dr. Sarraf has authored over 50 publications and holds multiple patents for novel molecular targets and therapies.
