After graduating from Loughborough University, she qualified with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2001 as a Chartered Accountant, and went on to hold key finance roles across various industries.

For the past 19 years, Julia has led Archangel Accounting Ltd, providing tailored financial services with a focus on IPO readiness, fundraising, and strategic finance. She has supported the successful management and deployment of approximately £1.2 billion in venture capital and is skilled in optimizing accounting systems and processes to boost performance in high-growth environments. Her client portfolio includes a range of notable pharmaceutical and life sciences companies including Matterhorn Biosciences, PepGen, MiroBio, Healx, Congenica, and Amphista Therapeutics.
